No need to book a time: drop by the unit and our specialist evaluates your sneakers on the spot, identifies what each pair needs and suggests the right services. Rather not leave home? Some units also offer pickup & delivery — check if yours does.

02 · SECURE PROCESS

Expert care, tracked end to end.

On arrival we log your sneakers' condition in a check-in report with photos. Cleaning uses exclusive equipment and in-house products — and you get notifications at the key milestones (service confirmed, ready for pickup), with a check-out report at the end.

Fast turnaround — sometimes same day.

Cleaning is ready in up to 5 business days. In a hurry? Express delivers in 24h or even the same day, subject to the unit's availability. Painting services may take a little longer.
